OK guys, I've kept this quiet as long as I could. I was approached several weeks ago by a major television network, and asked to interview as a host for a new television series, which starts filming in mid-January. They've interviewed hundreds of people and are now down to the final 4, of which I am one. We are supposed to get a decision tomorrow. I'm twisted like a dishrag inside with the waiting, but a friend suggested it wouldn't hurt to ask some friends for some prayer power over the next 24 hours. Whether it works or not, I appreciate the good karma anyone sends my way.

It's a brand-new series, which will be on National Geographic Channel. As for how it happened, they called me out of the blue, said they had seen my Tontine audition video, and loved it! For some reason I appealed to the producers, and got catapaulted to the front of the audition line. Now I've got a 1 in 4 chance of landing the spot.
